Board member Zaldarriaga appointed externals VP and EIC

Journalist, policy advocate and Collegium board member John Paul L. Zaldarriaga was appointed both Externals Head of the Collegium Perulae Orientis and Editor-in-Chief of Studia Peruleana tonight, December 23, 2025.

Mr. Zaldarriaga is a published contributor to The Manila Times, writing on topics such as national security, foreign policy, and geopolitics. His broad expertise in journalistic writing and policy advocacy firmly establishes him both in the worlds of discourse and networking.
