The Collegium and Chief Justice Sereno

On June 10th, 2025, the Collegium Perulae Orientis, represented by its president Daniel Tyler Chua, John Paul Zaldarriaga, and Lanchester Edralin; participated in the general assembly of the National Coalition for the Family and the Constitution (NCFC) led by former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, which was held in the Ortigas Center of the Christ's Commission Fellowship.

The overall discussions were fruitful, and the prospect for cooperation between the Collegium and the NCFC was discussed. The Collegium, in light of the Church's call for renewed dialogue among Catholics and other Christians, looks forward to working with our Protestant brothers and sisters in upholding the common good of Filipino society.

We humbly ask for your prayers, both for ourselves and for the NCFC, that the Holy Spirit may guide us in taking the right steps in defense of the family, which is the bedrock of a nation.
