We seek to form capable members of Filipino society to become exemplars of Christian culture and defenders of the common good.
The cultural makeup of any given society is—for better or for worse—greatly influenced by the mentality and habits of its leading members. Specific ways of thinking are disseminated to the public by means of mass media and educational institutions, cultural behaviors are encouraged by advertising and the marketplace, and are reinforced by social and economic relationships.
This, however, comes with a significant risk: if society’s leading and most capable members do not come equipped with an integral understanding of the demands of Christianity in public life, as well as a good understanding of political realities, they risk building structures that run contrary to the Gospel or even natural justice.

Principles
The Collegium Perulae Orientis professes institutional fidelity towards the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. It maintains a policy of institutional non-partisanship and does not accept government funding.
