On October 5, 2024, the Collegium Perulae Orientis hosted its first public conference, the Online Forum on Divorce, which sought to present various interdisciplinary perspectives in light of the passage of House Bill 9349, otherwise known as the Absolute Divorce Bill.

Speakers from various backgrounds, including legal and religious experts, came together to discuss the topic of absolute divorce from the perspectives of law, theology, political economy, and personal experience.

This book is an edited collection of the proceedings of this forum, now complete with footnotes and a bibliography.
